Just a quick update on this: I have managed to get an acceptable image on a Samsung SyncMaster 710 (for once something did live up to it's name :wink: ) LCD monitor. This may be useful for other Radius GS/C owners out there.

The wiring diagram for the adapter is as follows:

It's giving me a pretty good quality image, but there are a couple of pixels missing at the bottom.
