There certainly isn't a ROM SIMM installed. But... where is this onboard ROM jumper? I don't see anything that looks like a jumper except the headers for power, speaker, and CD-ROM audio. And I can't find anything about what you're talking about on the Internet, or in the Quadra 950 Service Source. Could you please specify? Also, thank you for your quick reply. It gives hope :)
