That was it, the reset button was being held in. I desoldered it and powered it on and I got into the ROM. 

Thank you so much for your help. If you hadn't given me hope, I probably would've ended up giving up and not have thought of the reset button. 

Anyway... New question... Have any idea where I can get some good replacement buttons? It'd be nice to be able to actually reset my Quadra.
