The only way to tell if an SE is an original FDHD or SuperDrive model is either by looking at the serial, or seeing if the extra model name stamp is on the front. Early M5011 SE's were sometimes (but not always) marked 1Mb, 800k, HD20SC on the back. The M5010 number was only for the early dual 800K drive SE. The later dual FDHD/SuperDrive SE's were marked M5011 (yes, they do exist - owned one many years ago). That said, it is possible for an unmarked SE to have the upgraded ROMs and removable PRAM battery. My last SE was one like that. SuperDrive bezel was trashed, so I wound up using the chassis, analog board, CRT, and bezel from an earlier SE with the board, drives, and bucket from the original machine.
