Turns out the partitions weren't setup correctly. I used Drive Setup in 9.1 to create 2 partitions but when I chose customized and Mac OS Extended it made both partitions that format. I needed to format the drives as Mac OS Standard, install the TAM System Software Restore CD on the partition I needed. I then took out the SSD and connected it to a G4 Cube and used 10.4 to format the other partition using Disk Utility to Mac OS Extended. I then was able to use my MacPro to transfer over the 55GB of music and system files for 9.1. Now I've got both 7.6.1 and 9.1 going.
