Too bad, the replacement drivers are too big!



However, I did some more research:

The 8.7cm (3,5inch-ish) size is a standard size for European small car speakers (maybe that is why they sound quite good).

Most of the replacement speakers in that size will be expensive high wattage car-audio speakers, but I asked around on my local 'craigslist' and some guy still had some good looking, basic JBL drivers that should fit!

I'm also curious what kind of passive subwoofer could be attached to the port on the back... (how big, wattage, etc).
