I'm getting these error codes.

SCSI error #5

Norton Disk Doctor error number 275

I found a document that says if I get a blinking drive light every second the HD is okay but the drive heads are not moving.

It also said to shake the drive vigorously and reinstall and use a hair dryer. I tried all this to no avail and the drive spins but no activity.

So, can anyone tell me what those codes listed above mean?
