In your case, the rubber is on the magnet screw posts. Right hand side. You will have to CAREFULLY remove magnet to gain access. Use a spudger tool or some kind of blade tool and remove all that gooey rubber, and find a replacement. A cassette deck idler pinch roller would work, or old printer rollers work too.
