So i ordered a pc silicon image 3512 card off ebay to replace one that failed in my xserve, i have flashed a few of these using the weibetech flasher and have never had any problems
I put the card in my g5 and ran the firmware updater, which caused it to kp after entering my password
Knowing the some macs are picky about flashing these cards i put the card into my quicksilver which i normally use to flash 3512 cards, same thing
so i went and grabbed the pc i used to do my 3112 card, it sees the card, sometimes. But even when it dose the flashing program just hangs at the "loading bios" prompt
it ha a pm39lv010 flash chip, which should be supported by the dos flasher
so now i'm at a loss, anyone got any idears whats wrong?
