Accelerators, like the TransWarp are ok in slot 3.
The more elegant solution, instead of using the Apple Memory Expansion card, would be to go the route I did and get a RAMWorks II or III. That does mean you'd have to use a regular SoftCard and swap it out with either the SCSI or the Workstation card.

Slot 1: Grappler+
Slot 2: SSC
Slot 3: empty
Slot 4: Mouse interface card
Slot 5: UDC, controlling an Apple 3.5 Drive
Slot 6: 5.25 disk interface card, controlling a DuoDisk (the other one of the two I got in last year's conquest)
Slot 7: Microsoft SoftCard (or sometimes an AE TimeMaster II H.O.)
