Mac SE + Microphone?

This may be a stupid question, but can you not connect a microphone to a Mac SE? (My Mac Classic II has a microphone jack, my SE does not).

Nope, not without 3rd party hardware like MacRecorder.

Yep. Classic II was the only compact that had a microphone jack.(unless you count the Color Classic as a compact too, then I guess those had microphone jacks too.

)

WIshed the SE/30 would have had one. But nope, the crippled Classic II had got it instead.

...yeah finding that each of the "classic" Macs had a strength or two and a weakness or two!
