I recently found a Lisa 2 at Moscow - http://www.vintageapple.ru/#!product/prd12/1930604025/apple-lisa-1984- and want to buy it

Looks like it is a Sun Remarketing version of it. May be it's a stupid question, but is there any software/hardware differences between original Lisa 2, Macintosh XL and Sun Remarketing's one?

Or all of them are same computer with a various labels?

Is it possible to run original Lisa operation system on this machine?
