Anyway, if C1 or any other capacitors were damaged, how could I tell? Once again, they all look normal, no bulging, none are blown, and the tracers/connections on the other side of the board are not cracked. 

Another question, how exactly do I measure the voltage coming from the voltage adjustment pot? I messed with it earlier, and I want to make sure it is adjusted properly before I install the new flyback transformer that I ordered. I already desoldered the old one.
