Have you tried booting it without the LCD attached? To eliminate that as the issue?  I had that issue when connecting an LCD to my Q700. They just didn't like each other. Obviously far from being the same machine, but really easy to test... just detach lol. If it still 'crashes' without the LCD attached, then maybe a RAM issue.
