The closest thing I can find is an LC Add-on called PowerMac Work Station. There are 2 posts about it on the forum:

Though this will give you 3 PDS Slots, (Correct me if I'm wrong) there was a PDS-NuBus adapter that can be used.
Only a LC-series Mac will be able to run your Apple IIe card.
But if you can't - what about a 68K Software Apple II Emulator? You still will be running your Apple II on a window. The only (major) advantage to the IIe card is that you can connect Apple IIe/c disk drives to the card.
