Ah. Well, the IIe card requires an LC PDS, so I'm afraid you're out of luck there.
On the other hand ... you might be able to put the IIe card into a Quadra 630/640 DOS. The DOS board in those mounts to the 040 CPU socket, rather than being a Nubus card. And it has an LC PDS, as well as a Comm Slot for Ethernet.
There may be space issues, but if you really want DOS, Mac OS, and a hardware Apple IIe in the same box, that might be your only shot.
And a 630/640 DOS is probably a lot easier to find than a Nubus DOS card.

Now, I'm just working from memory here, but I seem to recall someone on these forums (or elsewhere) pointing out that this is not quite true: that the DOS card blocks access to the PDS, but doesn't use it. If that is true (and I'll wait for confirmation from someone who has one) you might be able to run a PDS extension cable out of the slot, and mount the IIe card somewhere else.
Or the above could all be horsepucky.
