Strictly speaking, yes there are many such Macs. Several 030-based Macs have both PDS and Nubus, such as the IIci, IIvx and the IIfx. Similarly, a number of 040-based 68k Macs have both PDS and Nubus, such as the Quadra 650, 800 and 950. Beyond that, the 6100, 7100 and 8100 also have a 601 PDS, meaning that the 7100 and 8100 have both PDS and Nubus.

You are probably thinking only about the LC PDS introduced with the original LC, and that continued through to the LC630 and derivatives (even the 5200). There, it is true, you have no machine with both. However, the LC PDS is only one form of PDS slot. The PDS was a common feature of Macs, and appeared in a variety of forms in the late 80s and early 90s in everything from the SE to the 8100, and even in some PowerBooks (the Duos).
