While the 630 and 640 are essentially identical, the 650 is a completely different machine. The latter has an 040 PDS. Perhaps that is what you are looking at?
Note that the 630/640 have a number of other, single purpose, proprietary expansion slots which are neither Nubus nor any form of PDS, in addition to a single LC PDS.
