But you kinda miss my point:

in 1990 Apple COULD build the ClassicII MB. The Amiga 3000 was the pinnacle of CBM technique. CBM could not have built anything close to that compact form.
You are comparing a desktop pro level product to a consumer compact.

You are missing a few Amigas like the compact Amiga 1200 & 600. In your comparison. Even the Amiga 500 has a small system board. Also the Amiga actually had like a sound chip and graphics oh and color.

By 1990s Apple was already behind everyone other then PC clones.
