1400 cpu

I know this card I have is for a 1400.

Other than sticking it in a 1400 is there any other way to tell what speed it is.

Google search returned not so informative results.

Next in my collection I am thinking of adding a Kanda or a 3400. G3 does not matter to me as I have an upgraded 1400 and a pismo.

Would it be better to go with the Kanga and the 250 G3 or go with an older 3400 with one of the 3 variants.

Which has more problems? I have a video fried 3400 but I do not know what other problems exist in the series of either model.
Thy are basically the same machine with different processors and 16MB higher RAM capacity. I would buy whichever is the best configuration my wallet could handle.

Peace,
Drew

Power to the PowerPC!
Without any pictures, you can tell just by the size whether it's a 117 or a 133/166model. The 117 does not have any cache, and therefore is almost a square, while the 133/166 is rectangular.

I thought each had a few different quirks. I know that the 3400 has the video problem (I have one with that issue) and I have heard the Kanga has power connector issues.

Is there anything else I should be aware of?
