Reseat the socket back on the CRT. Most of the time they are hot-glued in place as they do come loose over time and when moved around.
You need to check the analog board and look for bad solder joints at the connector and the top part of the board where T1 is at. Clean up by removing all the solder on the broken joint and resolder the joint. Adding solder to the broken joint or reheating the joint will not fix it as it will break sometime soon after you turn on the machine; most of the time a reheated joint wont hold at all though it look like it is.
Also, clean up and desolder the other joints on the connector and area around T1, like if the cap has 1 bad solder joint, clean both joints on the cap. This is because though the joint may look good, it has weaken over time and fixing the affected point will add stress to the weaken point. This way you strengthen the entire piece on the board and not just at one point.
Also check for charring and burning about the connector and the area around T1.
