I got a d|i|g|i|t|a|l Server 3000 last week. it has 4 of the 8 RAM slots filled with 64MB sticks, so that comes out to 256MB. It can have up to 2GB of RAM. It has a 4GB HDD in one of the CD bays, along with something like a 4.6GB SCA drive in one of the four hotswap bays. It has a 400MHz dual-core Alpha processor. I have the OpenVMS CD and hobbyist license, but it's stopped outputting video for the second time since I got it. It has NetBSD installed on it. Got it last Thursday.
