I don't know, but you can measure the spacing between pins, then search on DigiKey. You'll probably need to buy the connector housing separately from the crimp terminals that go in it.

I have 2 parts analog boards for Plus, let me know if you need it and I can probably desolder it...

It's always good to scroll down in Digikey's listing to the "mating products" and "Associated products". That will get you the housings that mate and the pins that go in empty housings.
