I think what everyone is referring to, but unable to describe, is the metal angle frame bracket. The G3 accelerator replaces the right angle circuit board PDS adaptor, but it still needs a frame to hold the card in place.

You can use the one that came with a DOS card if you remove one stud on the horizontal plane that will hit the AV/HPV PDS card you'll be using for video.
