your best bet is more ram but the 6200 really is not that gret a computer if you can afford you should upgrade your self to something better like a 7500 or a 7600

there is not a whole lot of choice for webbrowsers on 9 any more only icab is stil being devloped

stick with IE 5 and an older mozilla
