I think overall, it's a pass on any eBay scam forums. Often the idea is to post your successes on eBay, not the hundreds of failures that happen every day.

Agreed with II2II, vengeance threads just make the forum look and feel dreadful overall. Sometimes they're warranted, like in Puckman's case when it was a long running known issue, but I consider it a one-off, not something that needs to be posted on a frequent basis.
