What's wrong?
Seriously, what is wrong with some of you people? I don't want to pick a fight or cause a huge argument. But looking at the Lounge...I see at least 5 topics about how much Windows/Microsoft suck. Yes, they do suck. But do we need to talk about it all the time and state the obvious? No.
The MLA is meant to be a community about the Mac, and other retro computers in general (since our main "focus" is on 68ks). At the moment, it's quite the opposite. It's a battleground for losers to poke fun at Windows and create huge topics about how much it sucks.
If that's all you have time to do, then you need a hobby, relationship or a job (put those together and you get what we call a "life"). Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but enough is enough and I think this has gone too far.

Agreed. If you need to bash Microsoft, how about merging it in to one thread. It's the very least we can do.

but bahing it is getting old win 9x is crap
word is bloated ( but i like it anyway )
they got good products (xbox) and bad products ( ie ) and questionable busines spractises but what company doesnt

I just ignore topics which i am not interested in and let other people discuss what they want to discuss.
I think the anti MS topics are trolls. I have an Apple tattoo, a MacBook, LOADS of compacst, I use a Windows Mobile phone and own a XBOX. Microsoft is just a company, just like Apple, who make good stuff and bad stuff.... ok, the balance is slightly different but that is ok. After all, there is no good without evil 
i would get an apple tatoo, but at my current size and the size i WANT to be it will end up looking like a weird discolored zit.

Right... new rule. No threads pointlessly bashing Microsoft or any of their products. Structured, analytical discussion is fair enough. If you're discussing a flaw in one of their products from an unbiased view then that's fine. But anyone saying "it's because MS suck" is going to get the thread locked.
