Does it run Glider, F/A-18 Hornet, SimCity 2000, Spectre, Super Tetris or Hellcats? :p If not, then sorry, but it doesn't do anything for me. :p
Well it presumably would if you set up Linux on it and installed some sort of emulator (I wonder if you could run Basilisk II or something on it - I saw someone ran Qemu and XP on one, it seems anything is possible if you know your way around Linux, compiling things etc), but it probably wouldn't be a lot better than on the LC475 :D

As for OS X...it does like having a good GPU, although on the 6MB Rage Pro (which is the same chip as whats in your G3) its not as bad as what you'd expect....its very usable.
Hmm, I had assumed it wouldn't be very good on that chip (I thought I saw somewhere that a big difference between smooth and choppier is noticeable if you have a dual-display setup with the tower and move between the screen attached to the graphics card and the one on the built-in video) - what are the visual effects like for you then?
