The box does specifically list different part numbers for the 5300 card and the 190 card, so I am not 100% sure. In my googling, I can't find reference of anyone ever using or posting about the 190 specific card.

I would love to know if your card works in both. I get screen light up, but nothing after that happens. I would definitely prefer this card over a PCMCIA card. 

Actually, I will send this card to anyone with a 190 to test for me, if they think it should work.
