Need a HP ScanJet 5p Driver!!
Patrickool, try going to the HP site and downloading any scanner software that is Mac compatible. I'm not sure which browser you are using but check the URL of the download site. If I remember correctly it is something like ftp.hp.com. Have a look through the ftp site and find the scanner software. You may have to download quite a few files as they were named cryptically. Unfortunately, Mac and Windows software was mixed together when I last checked
I have the original install CDROM for the 5p only. HP declined to support the Mac on their 5p support section; fortunately, the Mac driver appeared suddenly online for Patrickool93....a HP ScanJet IIp SCSI scanner and i'm looking for a driver. could you tel me where you found it?
] ]'> I didn't know about this. Now I can finally use that Agfa SCSI flatbed scanner I've been hanging on to and not using. Thanks for posting this, Maconthemove.
