Yeah, those were the days when high level languages were used only on mainframes and supercomputers. Everyone did everything in either basic, assembler, or a combination of the two. Tight, efficient code was a requirement in those days. There was no room for bloatware. Todays programmers should take a few lessons from the coders of old.
