Btw, if you use MoviePlayer 2.5 for the conversion, you'll want to export to AVI (not to be confused with Divx AVI, although it could do that, too, with the Divx codec installed). That's what you need to choose to transcode into Cinepak.

Allegedly, a fast '040 Mac can handle 320x240 playback of Cinepak video at conventional movie framerates.
