It wont go all the way back, it springs back! It is a 32 bit pc card. #2 Tue, 24 Jul 2007 - 18:53 You need to get a 16 bit card like a Farallon or a 3Com 3C589 (ver.C). #3 Tue, 24 Jul 2007 - 19:52 These I have working in my 1400s: Macsense MPC-10 (10 only) Macsense MPC-100 (10/100) Global Village A959 (56K modem/10Base-T) 1400 takes 16 bit PC Card style PCMCIA (but not the 32 bit CardBus kind with the gold finger stripe on the topside plug-in end).
