I think that any enforcement of the lack of support of early G4s will be fairly minimal though, if they bother enforcing a MHz requirement at all - probably only requiring a Distribution.dist edit rather than a hit-and-miss/complicated solution like XPostFacto (the creator of which seems to have disappeared anyway). Hopefully there'll be some enforcement but that is easy to defeat, as it'll mean people who don't know any better than doing what Apple want and go and buy an Intel Inside will give away their old G4 that they think is now useless!
