If the card doesn't say SE/30 or IIsi, it is designed for the IIci PDS. The connectors are identical but incompatible. Plugging a IIci card into an SE/30 or IIsi will ruin the computer, or the card, or both.

If it is for a IIci, there shouldbe an adaptor that you can find.
