Good eye ... that is surely the problem. It looks like there may be one bent out on the right too, but it's quite blurry.

Now I remember: the connector you see in front of the processor is the battery. first you have to remove the smaller top circuit board next to the 68040 processor. Just lift it straight up from the front and back, board edge & processor side. Then, disconnect the battery, pull straight through the board. Note how the wiring snakes through the card to put it back. Then you should be able to pull the whole card straight up. Be very careful straightening that pin. I use needle nose pliers and put the tips against the board and slowly squeeze applying pressure at the base and end of the pin, gently easing it back into an upright position, without flexing it enough to break it. It takes a lot of patience. It the pliers are ribbed jaws, wrap some tape around them so the pin will slide along it.
