When I set the control panel to DHCP I'm prompted for a client ID. What is that and where do I get it? Is that a DNS?
As soon as I mention network to earthlink, they blow me off...

As for the Oreos, I've got that handled.

I got a wireless so a windows laptop in another part of the house can share the dsl with the iMac.
