strange network/routing/internet problem

Here's what i got

ADSL (mxstream it is called here in holland)
an hacked Alcatel Speedtouch Modem (ethernet & ISDN)
a Netgear 4 ports ethernet hub
a G4 500DP & an iBook & my girlfriends iMac
and my own webpage www.hs-l.nl

here's my problem:

I can connect to my website through de iBook & the iMac,
but it isn't possible to acces it through my G4 (it used to be possible, but all of a sudden it wasn't possible anymore. and I can't connect to it through FTP and can't receive email that was send to (any)@hs-l.nl ) it is all possible through the both iComputers, but through my G4 it says (when i connect to a website) "Acces Permission Is Denied".

Is this something with my Modem(which is also my router at this moment, I've already disabled the Firewall.
