Airport repeater?

Is there such a thing as an Airport repeater to 'repeat' the wireless signal? Or some other way of extending the signal other than antennae?

If you have multiple base stations, you can setup a roaming network so that you can combine the wireless range of each base station into one larger zone. As you move around, your system automatically links to the strongest base station signal.

If using Apple Base Stations, you'll need to have an ethernet network between the base stations. Other base stations (such as Cisco's AeroNet) can bridge over the wireless connection.

Both versions of the airport will accept external antennas but you must be willing to hack into it. Usually requires some minor modification. Seach google and you should find what you're looking for. Otherwise do as the other poster said and have zones set up. Indoor antennas can only boost the signal so far. Also try moving your base station to different locations and see if the result is better.
