I think you have to reinstall the drivers. They're HERE.
I remember installing the Aironet 350 Series card and software on my B&W with OS X (10.1.5) and having trouble until I tried installing the 3 software components individually. Then it went like clockwork and functioned almost flawlessly. Once in a while I would have to re-associat the radio, but that was simply a matter of opening the Cisco Utility and clicking a few boxes.
The awesome thing about the Aironet 350 Series is that it works on Macs considered unsupported by AirPort and OS X. Although OS 9 allowed me to use Proxim's (nee Farallon) SkyLine Wireless PCI card to connect to my Home LAN, it was no-go under OS X, and Proxim basically told me not to hold my breath waiting for an OS X solution. Apple didn't care either since my B&W PowerMac was officially unsupported (The next PowerMac model, Yikes, was the oldest to be supported by AirPort and OS X). The Aironet 350 doesn't get the press it deserves, which is a shame. Perhaps the folks at http://wirelessdriver.sourceforge.net/ can talk it up since their site is so popular with the unsupported crowd.
