Static IP

I would like to access my home Mac from work with a browser but have a cable connection (DHCP). Is there some way to track your IP address from work? Or some way to keep it static?
I have a router, Sys 9.2 at home and a PC at work.

no-ip.com and dhs.org are also 2 of the common ones out there other than dyndns.org
