HELP! my Linksys WAP + Airport stopped working together!

Hey guys, I'd really appreciated your help on this. I have a powerbook with an Airport card and a Linksys BEFW11S4 WAP working together great for months. Today, there was a storm that knocked out the power for a second or so. After the power outage, the airport card and the WAP don't see each other any more. I'm not really sure if it's a problem with the WAP or with the airport card. The powerbook still seems to recognize the airport card as it has the correct airport id. The WAP still works fine with my win98 box which is hardwired to the router. However, there is no wireless communication between the airport card on the powerbook and the linksys wap. I tried going to "other" network and manually entering the name of the wap but that doesn't work either. I tried calling linksys but they don't support Macs and told me to test out the wap w/ a pc laptop but of course I don't have one. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any possible solutions?
