Jag with Linksys BEFW11S4 V.2 WEP HELP
I'm trying to get Jag to connect to my Linksys BEFW11S4 V.2 wireless router with WEP 64-Bit encryption but I'm not sure which password option I should choose in Jag or what format to enter it in.
Theres...
1.Password
2.40-Bit Hex
3.40-Bit ASCII
4.128-Bit Hex
5.128-Bit ASCII
Before all I had to do was generate the keys on my router and on my mac in the password box enter dollar sign key "$key"
and it would work not it just dosen't. I have to turn off WEP to get wireless access but I would like to have it back for security. Any Ides

Well I gave up on the 64-bit and moved to the 128-bit even thought it slows down the connection. In the router you select 128-bit generate the keys on your iBook you select 128-bit HEX. If anyone gets 64-bit working please let me know
