how do i get my Titanium G4 powerbook with airport card to connect to my Netgear MR314 wireless router? i cant seem to get it to detect my router. i know the router works because my brother was on it earlier today.

i created a computer to computer network. how do i remove it now?
i turned off WEP on my router and i can connect with wireless now but im wondering how i can connect with WEP turned on. any ideas?
got it. apparently it couldnt see the router until i turned WEP off. once it saw it, i could turn it back on and its working fine now.
wow! this is what i call self-discovery.
next time make sure you have the WEP password and rename your network (ESSID) to something unique like "fobnet"
Hmmm... I have the same router.
Even with ESSID renamed and passworded, I can't see the router with WEP enabled. Disable it, and I'm fine.

Hints appreciated!
