Something badly needed help
I have just upgraded to Jaguar, and currently using a broadband service with an ADSL modem. Yet, I fail to connect to the internet with OS X with the application of Internet Connect inside OS X, saying that it fails to detect the internal device of the machine. I am just wondering whether any of you would have ideas or solutions dealing with it.
BTW, how can I un-install jaguar if I wanna?
Many thanks.

Assuming your ADSL modem uses ethernet to connect to the rest of the network, you don't to use Internet Connect. Why do you think you need to?
As long as your Network Preferences are set to use ethernet, and you're either using DHCP or have statically assigned yourself an IP address, the connection is automatic.
