Hello all - maybe I'm an idiot but I can't understand what to do here.

I have a NetGear FVS318 which is currently sharing my broadband connection to the internet quite nicely. I am using a Mac OS X machine and a Win2K laptop. They are both on the 'net at the moment, so that's one problem solved.

However, I was under the impression that all my Mac's / PC connected to the router would be able to see each other. But I can't ping them (using the 192.168.0.x address) at all.

They can both see the router at 192.168.0.1 but nothing else.

Am I missing a step here?
