I "found out" where the problem was and still is.
In my setup, Internet Sharing works fine for any protocol (mail, ftp, icq, aim, ...) except http.
Actually, HTTP (web browsing) works somewhat: for some web sites and they're always the same it works, for others it doesn't work. I can't explain the reason why for example www.altavista.com works and not www.yahoo.com, or why www.microsoft.com works and not www.apple.com....
