This question is probably very simple to answer...

I am hooked up to the college network. My friends can access all these files (movies, programs, mp3's) off other people's computers with windoze. I think they go to the "my network" thingy and from there they can see all the computers that are sharing files on campus. How do I do the same thing?? Can it be done? do I need a new program to do this?
