There are other routers that bridge the appletalk protocol.
I belive SMC makes an afordable unit that bridges appletalk.

There is a great list out there somwhere showing what routers bridge appletalk. I can't find it but I remember doing the reasearch and finding that the SMC was the most afordable and that Linksys will probably never upgrade their firmware to suport appletalk.

You can also hack an airport to use a wireless antenna.
