VersionTracker tracks software versions...ThemeTracker would track themes...it's not a rip-off. ThemeCentral? There are plenty of BlankCentral sites out there, I wouldn't doubt if there was a theme site (probably not OS X) that was already named that. ThemeIT? Why the capitalised IT? ...doesn't refer much to the tracking of themes. The service is a tracker, like Hotline trackers, FTP trackers, etc. It's appropriate, so keep using that name.
